The brief
Filtaquip has been building filtration and dewatering plant for 45 years, and supplies Glencore, Sasol, Anglo American, Sibanye-Stillwater, South32 and Gold Fields. None of that was visible online. Buyers found the company through a representative or a trade show, then had nowhere to send a procurement team to verify it.
The brief was a site that reads as an OEM rather than a supplier: products and services set out in the technical detail an engineer needs, credibility stated plainly, and every enquiry routed to the person who can answer it.
Scope of work
The build was quoted up front and delivered in one engagement. The marketing retainer runs on annually.

Thinking behind the design
Nobody buys a filter press off a web page. The site's job is to get a technically qualified reader from arrival to the right phone call without a form standing in the way, and to survive the scrutiny of a procurement team reading it on a mine site.
The first screen states what the company makes in one sentence, then hands over four named people and their direct numbers. A buyer with a live problem never has to hunt for a contact page.
Filter plates, thickeners, coagulant plants and tank house equipment each get their own page, with capability written as specification lines rather than paragraphs. Rentals, O&M and BOOT options sit alongside them, because the commercial route matters as much as the machine.
Much of the audience reads this on site, on a phone, on a poor signal. Images are compressed hard, the contact numbers are tap-to-dial, and the product navigation collapses to a single list instead of a nested menu.
